For some people, attracting the opposite sex is very easy. But for others, it takes a lot of time to work on it, and for some people, nothing seems to work. If you know how to talk to, approach, and act around a person, then your chances of success improve.
So here some tips that I think can be useful.
If you are trying to approach the person that you're interested in, first things first, make sure that you don't come on too strong and don't appear too interested. That will make you appears so desperate or needy, and they will fell a little bit uncomfortable to you, and as the result she or he will immediate turn- off.
Appearance. Not mean that you should spend enough money to build your good appearance. But at least you use some good enough and polite cloths.
Be confident and use eye contact. Do not stutter or be nervous when talking with her. It makes your value go down in her or his eyes. Try to keep your tone. Believe in yourself that you are able to do so. While you are talking, keep on looking at her or his eyes.
Stay cool. Perhaps there is some discussion in the section that you do not understand or do not like. Stay cool, so your eyes do not look fool in the opposite sex.
Focus on what they say. Nobody like somebody full talk about themselves. Focus more on being a good listener.
Repeat her or his name while in the conversation. That's make them know that you are respect him and feel he is in a conversation.
Add some humor. It can break ice in the conversation. If you can make them laugh, it can break the tension and she or he will feel more comfortable around you.
